DETAILED ITINERARY

Day 1 :: London Arrival & Tour
Catch flight from IGI Airport for London. Arrive in London and transfer by mini-bus to hotel. Your vacation starts at your London hotel when you meet your English speaking guide. Head out on a panoramic tour of central London to see famous landmarks including Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square, Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament. Stop at St Paul’s Cathedral, with its world-famous dome, to tour the awe-inspiring interior. Return to Hotel.

Day 2 :: In London  (B)
Today be picked up from hotel by mini-bus and proceed to Madame Tussaud’s Museum British Museum. Here see the India and Egypt Rooms besides others. After an hour in the museum, proceed to the Buckingham Palace to view the Change of Guard. Thereafter, there will be some free time to pick up lunch under own arrangements. Later see the Tower of London to view the magnificent Crown Jewels, guarded by Beefeaters in distinctive Tudor uniforms. Having done that, take a cruise on River Thames from the Tower to Westminster.  On disembarking, enjoy a ride on the London Eye. Coach returns the group to the hotel. Dine independently this evening.

Day 3 : 16  :: In London (B)

Today be picked up from hotel by Guide and mini-bus and proceed to visit the Victoria and Albert Museum followed by the Natural History and The British Museums. Also see the Wallace Collection. Time permitting see Sir John Soane’s Museum. Group grabs a bite in between under own arrangements. Return to hotel. Dine independently this evening.

Day 4 : 17  :: In London (B)

Day at leisure to check out Morning, check out the attractions when you take an open-top bus tour. You should visit the other attractions that you may want to see. Perhaps also take a cruise on the Thames.

Day 5 : 18  :: London – Stratford-upon-Avon (B, D)
Morning, check out and drive to see the Stonehenge. Later see the Windsor Castle. Take a panoramic tour around Stratford-upon-Avon to see places associated with William Shakespeare and view charming black-and-white houses dating back hundreds of years. (Time given for group to have quick bite/lunch on their own). Check into hotel. Dinner in local restaurant. Overnight in Stratford-upon-Avon.

Day 6 : 19  :: Stratford-upon-Avon - Lake District – Edinburgh (B, D)
Early morning, after breakfast check out and transfer to Windermere wherein after travel through the glorious Lake District, associated with the children’s author, Beatrix Potter, and the poet, William Wordsworth.
Have a lunch cruise on the lake.Drop off at Oxenholme Station to take train for Edinburgh. Arrive in Edinburgh Waverley Station and transfer to the hotel for check in. Enjoy a dinner in that area and return to hotel. Overnight in Edinburgh.

Day 7 : 20  :: Edinburgh Castle & City Tour – Loch Lamond – Glasgow (B)
Morning, after breakfast check out and explore central Edinburgh, starting with Royal Yacht Britannica and later in the 200-year-old “New Town” with its planned streets and elegant Georgian houses. See the Royal Mile where medieval houses are clustered and tour Edinburgh Castle to see the Crown Jewels of Scotland and the Stone of Destiny. (Time given for group to have a quick bite/lunch on their own). In the afternoon, proceed by road to Loch Lomond, Britain's largest lake where the group may opt to take a scenic cruise on a late evening sailing (optional and not included). Thereafter proceed to Glasgow for dinner (under own arrangements) at the Food Square. Enjoy a brief drive around Glasgow before checking in to your hotel. Overnight in Glasgow

Day 8 : 21  :: Glasgow - Loch Ness – Urquhart Castle – Sterling Castle – Glasgow (B)
Morning, after breakfast drive to see the famous Loch Ness. Thereafter visit the Urquhart and Sterling Castles before returning to Glasgow. Thereafter proceed to Glasgow for dinner (under own arrangements) at the Food Square. Overnight in Glasgow.


Day 9 : 22  :: Ferry to Ireland - Titanic Belfast – Dublin (B, D)
Make an early start this morning as you travel south through Ayrshire to Cairnryan for a short ferry journey to Ireland with your tour group and coach (in case you are sending coach across into Ireland). In Belfast visit Titanic Belfast to learn about the famous liner and take a panoramic tour of Belfast with 1-2 photo stops. Stop for quick dinner before arriving in Dublin.

Day 10 : 23  :: Dublin Tour & Kilmainham Gaol (B,D)
This morning tour Dublin to see Georgian squares with elegant row houses, public buildings, public parks and lively shopping streets. Visit Kilmainham Gaol where many of Ireland’s leaders, including Robert Emmett, Eamon DeValera and Padraig Pearse, were imprisoned during the 19th and early 20th centuries. Also visit the Guinness Brewery/Storehouse and taste some Guinness from the Circular Bar.  (Time given for group to have a quick bite/lunch on their own). In the afternoon visit the National Museum of Ireland. Evening gather for a farewell dinner .

Day 11 : 24  :: Depart Dublin for Home (B)
After breakfast  day free at leisure. Afternoon, transfer to airport to catch flight back home.
